I love the "My schedule is as clear as your beautiful eyes" line and the "roadkill to my highway, the bee to my flower..." line as well. And it's great that it wasn't an abusive boyfriend after all... mwahaha.

I have to say you are a very good writer! You should get more praise than just a few reviews and such. I really like the way you used first person as well as present tense. I have tried that before and my writing crashed and burned. I think I will wait a while before attempting that again! ) Good job!

I really enjoyed Mark. He is cute, quirky & I believe in him as a character. He's the guy a woman wants to be her hero when she grows up & realizes Prince Charming was probably gay anyways.

It was perfectly hilarious - I heart Mark! Generally I despise slackers like something nasty on the soles of my shoes but for a guy as hilarious as this you have to make an exception! He's just a cuddly little teddy bear! Ok... not quite, but you did write him very, very well. No idea how accurate, coz I'm a girl, and none of the guys I know ever act that... paranoid, but it was very funny. Sorry for all this rambling, this is just such a terrific, feel-good, happy, cookie-dough-sweet, mad fic that I can't help smiling and rambling!

Also, the twist about Danny was very well done. I was pretty sure there was no abusive boyfriend, but I certainly wasn't expecting that.
