Um, yes, I've definitely gotta say that your author's note made me feel rather guilty as I am what you call a "lurker reader"...actually, I'm just too lazy to sign in. And then I realised that as a writer who absolutely loves reviews, it isn't fair of me to read such an amazingly adorable and thoughtful little story and not review. So, here I am. That was cute. I hope you write more of these. The whole time I was reading this and I was thinking 'Wow, this is so good'. Seriously. Great job. It's very hard to get a feel for a character in a one-shot, but you completely nailed it. xoxo
