Woah! Arrange marriage wasn't in my head when I was planning to read this. I thought it would be those typical boy hates girl, girl hates boy but, I thought wrong which is a good thing! :)

Wow. I wasn't expecting that both are engaged. 'nyways, it sounded interesting. Totally caught me off-guard. Keep it up! I'm sure you improve in the further chapters? Hope you don't give up on your sequel. After finishing this story, I'll read the sequel and give more reviews. )

So, like I thought Cal was a *bit* to smooth for my liking with the whole song thing. But then he made this whole "rich elite churchy people" speech which I liked. But I don't think it sounded like he was an unbeliever, if that's what you were going for. I think it sounded like he didn't like hypocrites. But I shall see later if that is the case. (Gots to leave the house now!)

Okay, so their families are best friends. My guess was close enough . . . I have a guy friend like that: we grew up together and our families are really close. We go to college together now. But luckily our fams never tried to force us to get together. And we will never get together. Because that'd just be weird. lol.

I'm excited to get to know more about the new guy. And you know, how he's going to ruin Sharon and Ethan's (heh! my guy friend I was telling you about, his name is Ethan!) "Engagement".

I did read the summary for the sequel so it makes me wonder how this is going to end.

Solid beginning. You have got me intrigued. I was figuring it had something to do with them being the best of friends . . . but only in the summer. Months. The engagement appeal adds a spark to the entire thing. Makes me wonder why they'd be engaged at such a young age. Right now I'm going for parents were bitter enemies in rival mobs and they've made a truce and part of that had to do with their children getting married. And if the two don't get married at 18 then the truce is broken. . . . lol . . . or something like that. That's my theory!

I really enjoyed the snappiness of your character - she's very interesting and kept me hooked. Can't think of much else to say except good job!

I almost cried at the end. Almost. I'm not that much of a crier... so try harder in the sequel. I'm just kidding. I LOVED the story. Every part of it matter of factly. It made me go through so many emotions just reading... that takes talent. And I'm pretty sure that talent belongs to you :] So I say keep on writing because you're amazing. Keep up the great work.
