I like future stories. The domes were pretty interesting, I was kinda curious as to why the people lived in them. The story ended with hope for Moon.

This is an interesting short. My only suggestion would be to perhaps offer some more description about the world that you are writing about. I got a little confused at a couple of points and had to pause to piece together my own version of what this world is like. Other than that, the characters are developed really well and the story flows nicely. Great job!
