I for one happen to really like the long chapters in your stories because personally it sates me longer. And also other reviewers dont harp you as much when you have longer chapters, you know what i mean? Also you kinda need to have long chapters because this story moves so slowly, and short chapters would not really take the story anywhere, this story would probably be ridiculously long with short installments. Anyways, onto the chapter itself, I'm glad that Alma finally got something that won't make her physically weak against Ser. The whole scene with her and Lilith was phenomenal, I pictured myself there. But I'm glad that the other characters know the Illias loves Alma very much, and that she knows he loves her too but, they can't be with each other because it really is too complicated right now. I really miss them talking and I can almost feel the aching Illias feels to speak with Alma again. Even though they did not have much interaction, his desperation for Alma is almost tangible, hidden through the words. Alma's trying to be strong and resist him, but it's failing for her. The emotions of this story is so realistic, I feel as if these characters are real.

I have one question?

When Alma confronted Illias about her dying from the beginning, was that staged for Sloane and Alma to hear so he can set up his own plan to fight againt Ser? Or do they genuinely want to use her to overthrow him and set things right again? Is she a pawn, or is she a player?

Sorry this is so late, i moved house so i didnt have the internet and then i went on holiday and have just been really busy at collage at the moment. :D

As always, i loved the ideas you bring up as the scenes unfold, especially the quote 'Complication is the inabiltiy to come to terms with the facts', very interesting way to look at it. Also i have to wonder whether you agree with most of the opinions on life and philosphy in this story and where does it all come from in the first place? Are you into the subject yourself or do you have to research about some of the different ideas you bring up?

I loved hearing about Illias from another person who knows him well, and the fact that he checked in on Alma when she was sleeping, its reassuring to know theres some kind of human there who loves her, sometimes he seems so hostile! But really i love it, you've written him really well, hes absolutely facinating as a character and totally unpredictable!

My only problem with this story is the length between installmets but that is completely understandable, i dont know how you writers manage to get anything done at all! It's just because especially with a story like this, which is very long, it is easy to compltely forget what is going on and i ahve to re-read a lot. But like i said, theres not much that cna be done and at least its not an actual fault in the story :D I plan to read it over when its finished anyway for some good, consolidation lol

so, it took some time for me to read the next chapter, my life's been crazy :)

ok, where to start. i'm a tiny little bit disappointed in the chapter, probably because i'm dying to see more of alma and illias together. i was just used to reading about them being together and alone, like it was for the most part of the story so far. but it's probably necessary for the sake of variety, so i'll cope with it :)

i enjoyed reading it greatly, i think i'm just a little distracted at the moment. so it's difficult for me to immerse myself in your story and the plot and the characters...

thanks for your long answers to my reviews. it's really nice to see that writers care about what their readers think. it makes us feel like a part of the process of writing... blah, i've got the feeling like i'm not making sense anymore.

wow, she came back, and she loves him, and shes gotten skilled. shes becomeing strong, maybe not in her heart, but her body is hard core! there is no hope if alma cant trust him, then ser will winn, darn it.

and i love that hes always wearing converse, nice shoes to hot clothing!

im guessing lane was killed by the evil guys, will they try to pin it on llias? so he will be less strong than ser? and what exactly is llias role in this, he was sent out to preotect a mere human, but by who, cant be lucifer, so, who? the current king? i dont understand. will you please help me?

why should she go on a meeting with ser? hes the evil guy. and wouldnt her father be an even better candidate for ser?

yes! she knows. great! its not fair for the jerk to be an angel when Illias arnt alloud any more. i love that its starting to become more then sex for them, it has been for a while, but now, they are both starting to talk, open up.

i wonder what made him so angry at his past. who did he love? WAS IT A HUMAN? or did he die because he didnt defend his love? he did say he died in a covardly manner. i really enjoy reading this. this is a super size chapter. i have one thing to comment on, alma was really afraid to fly, but when up in the air, ther wernt really any explenation why she sudennly feelt so at ease. else, top tops for the chapter. i cant wait to see her seduce him under the rrof of stranger demons, they will all smell her, hahha! really embarresing for alma.
