Interesting story. I normally don't read stories about animals, but I might follow this one. Just so you know, there is no such thing as a "male calico". All calico cats are females. It's a genetics thing, really. Calicoes need to have certain genes to be calicoes, and those genes are always X-genes. You might want to edit the male calico part, then.
