![]() ![]() ![]() I really love how you chose to make this such a short piece. It still manages to say a lot, and it really goes along with the concept of a photograph and how it captures the moment. I also like the interesting angle you took to it, of how a photograph exposes what we don't necessarily want exposed. It's not the way most people think of photographs, so it really brings someting new to your readers' perspectives. ~Sparkles from the Review Marathon (link in profile) |
![]() ![]() ![]() nice last line. bravo |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh, I like the way you wrote this because it sparks thoughts. And not just "hmm?" thoughts but thoughts that linger. It seems that a lot of your work does that. Also, again, the word choice was dead on. It really emphasized the point and helped to basically say what you wanted to say. Nicely done. -Dee,from the Review Marathon. [Check up on it. ![]() ![]() ![]() I really like this piece, the descriptions are great. I also like the title, without it you might not get the meaning behind the piece. I really like how short it is, it works well with the subject. Nicely done. PS If you're bored check out the Review Game forum and/or it's Review Marathon (link in my profile) |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is really good! I especially like the first two lines: "Gather up these naked truths/in which we lose all sense" The words really convey that feeling you get in the darkroom - a kind of nervous excitement at what you'll see once you finally get to put the seemingly-blank photographic paper into the developer.
