Man...that's a really good question. What are Matt's intentions? Maybe he has a soft spot for girls who are refreshingly "shy" and cool in a subtle way-Shelly! I don't know...I kind of just made that up but it could be a theory, I guess. And you know, I'm so impressed by the fact that he told Jake that he was bringing Shelly home and that he didn't lie and just say he came by to wait for Jake to come home. He's not in the least bit embarrassed by her, which I find so awesome and really respectable.

But this movies thing is going to be interesting. I can't wait to read about what happens. I really do like that Manny guy and this will be the first time Travis has shown up in this story, right? Hmm...can't wait for the next update!

Great chapter...I'm glad we finally got to see this "bad boy" side to Matt that I've been wondering about since I first read the summary for this new story. I still can't ever get over the way she always gives Jake the benefit of the doubt, no matter how he treats her. But anyway, there's not really a character that I want to see more of, but I have been wondering if Travis was going to make at least one appearance in this story? And of course I'll never get tired of reading about Matt, he's so awesome!

Wow the chapter was great. Really cute and good. For your question I think Matt treats Shelly like a sister or a best girl friend. But I think the more he treats her like a friend eventally he'll start falling for her. But you never know right.

Matt is such a nice guy! After this chapter, it seems pretty obvious that he looks at her as a little sister, but one that he actually likes considering the horrible way Jake treats her as his little sister. (Did that make sense?)
