![]() ![]() ![]() I am so AMAZED. that actually teared me up, even being so short. You are extremely talented. Please, do us all a favor, and keep writing. (x)peace |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love this. It flows like a poem and yet it's so sad. I'm not sure I understand, though. Is the narrator dying? |
![]() ![]() ![]() As the others have said, very honest! It's so sad... Elim, I'm so sorry for your loss :( Really really great work, I loved the last line (and the whole thing). You're very talented! And sisters tell the truth! :) Well done! |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is good. As someone else mentioned, very honest. Very real. It's funny how it's the small things like feeding swans or taking walks on the beach that come to mind when you're remembering the good times you've had with someone close to you. My godfather died recently, and some of my fondest memories are very little things like putting up the Christmas tree together or watching a baseball game after dinner. "Don't bring me to my favorite place. That's not where I want to hear bad news." It's strange, and something I hadn't really thought about, but it's true. "As you bring me the worst news of all, I am smiling." A really good way to end the story. :) -Elim |
