Reviews for Third Man In |
---|
![]() ![]() ![]() The entire story was absolutely incredible. The story has been the greatest since the very beginning. I know I'll be reading this story over and over again in the near future. |
![]() ![]() Nice chapter. Even though I find it a little too convenient that Clay turned out to be gay and Walter his boyfriend. Glad Ellie and Brandon are going to give it another chance. It would have been really jerky of him to leave his very pregnant wife. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I absolutely loved it. Everything was perfect and it was definitely a tear jerker for me. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Yay... I am so happy that they got back together... really. I love this story. I am from Australia and love ice hockey but obvisuoly we don't really play here, so reading about it, on any level, is amazing. Plus reading about wonderful people doesn't hurt any, cannot wait for more ] |
![]() ![]() ![]() I truly don't understand Brandon. He supposedly loves his wife. Yes, she kissed another man - but that is all she did. They are having a baby together. He really is acting childish. They should at least be discussing things. I was totally surprised by the twist between Walter and Clayton! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Great story! I'm glad that it didn't turn out to be an actual love triangle! |
![]() ![]() I hope Brandon and Ellie get back together for the sake of their son. It would suck if they broke up because Ellie made a silly mistake while she was all hormonal and lonely. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I can't believe that in all this time Brandon has not contacted her - if only to check on how she is doing. He only responded to her text message. I think both of them need some talking to. They need to grow up. They are married, are having a baby together. What she did was wrong - but she wasn't unfaithful. They can work on their marriage. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I admit it. When I first began this story, I wasn't sure I'd like it. I'm not a huge sports fan and hockey romances aren't my thing. But as I began to read it, I began to like it more and more. Your characters are so real to me; Ellie, Brandon, Clay, Walter...all of them. They seem like people I really know because you have described them to us readers so well. I'm not going to lie and say I was thrilled to see the Devils mentioned. I am from that area myself and to see familiar towns and sports teams made me miss home...a litte. Great job with this chapter and I am interested to see what Ellie does. Will she try to get back together with Brandon? Will Brandon not accept her back? What will happen with Clay? Will Ellie go to him? And the baby- what kind of drama will that bring? I am adding this to my story alerts so I can be notified when this gets updated and see what happens next! :D |
![]() ![]() ![]() Everything is over dramatic with her. I'm not defending her by any means, but all she did was kiss the guy, realize her mistake, that's it. There is no reason to break up a marriage over that - and I certainly wouldn't call her a cheater - maybe dumb or stupid to do something like that. I can understand why Brandon is upset - giving his injury and this. But I would hope that once he has a chance to cool down and think about it he will realize that it was just a "kiss" and not a "hot" one at that. |
![]() ![]() good story so far update soon thanks |
![]() ![]() Yeah, I agree with the previous reviewer. I'm not feeling that sympathetic towards Ellie right now. I know she's lonely and vulnerable right now, but she should let Brandon know instead of having an emotional affair with Clay...Glad that Walter's there to play chaperone. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I don't care for Ellie right now. At first I thought it was pregnancy hormones - now I find that she is "selfish." It appears that she is concerned with herself and what she wants to do. Brandon worries about her, about the baby, about being apart. She's concerned with Clay - not fair to Clay and not fair to Brandon. |
![]() ![]() ![]() She needs to read some books about hormones during pregnancy. She is lonely, her hormones are all over the place and because Clay is there for her she feels more of a connection with him. She needs to discuss this with someone- her doctor for example, before she does something that she will regret. Right now I don't care for how her character is acting. Brandon deserves better from his wife. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I hope that she isn't going to have an affair with Clay. It must be difficult for her and Brandon to be apart. But, having an affair would just make things worse. also, Walter needs to tell Brandon that he's gay. It isn't right for Brandon to think that a "straight" guy is handing out with his wife. |
