Once again, a really good chapter. I love all of your characters. I only have one comment, which is about when you wrote:

“I hear you,” Cole said as they approached the reception desk. Cole spoke quietly to her and she lifted her phone to let someone know they were there. She hung up and directed them where to go.

You might want to put that they approached the receptionist or something because the word "her" came out of nowhere, and I got a bit confused. Other than that, the chapter was great though. :) I eagerly await your next one.

One thing I love about your writing is how you can have such a huge cast of people and yet not having it really confusing!
