I really like your story!:D

I don't see any mistakes as far as I can tell! I like this idea, mostly because I'm hearing impaired myself and I really find it interesting to read others' perspectives of it-those who speak from experience, or those who just write about it. I also like your characters, even in the first chapter, you can see some of their roundness ( I am channeling my LA teacher now, and I have proof I do pay attention in Language Arts!) already.

I'm taking ASL this year for the first time, and I love it. So I randomly searching 'deaf' and this story came up. And I love this first chapter. Amazing. I love how the guy got all tongue tied. ;)
