| summers-end chapter 17 . 6/11/2009 Cheerful, yes, but I can't help but think this twist was amazing! I feel like this was the first time we saw Patrick not in control and totally vulnerable but not related to Emily (does that make sense?). Ahh, I loved this chapter! And Emily's literally and figuratively running away :) I loved that you ended this chapter so that Emily was going to have to get confident and face her fears to be with him.
