Very true. I know the feeling. Great imagery, it really shows how the world really works and describes that feeling and style in a great way.

i usually dislike short poems but that wasn't bad at all. its a little difficult to read the emotion until the last two lines but then it is short. still nice poem generally.

Oh my gosh, I'm so glad I chose to read more of your poems. WOW. I wish I was able to describe how much I like this. My favorite line is "My artless, sanguine mind." I like how your poems (or at least the ones I have read) are short but soo full of descriptions and depth.
