Reviews for Greetings To The New Brunette |

![]() ![]() ![]() There is something about this story that's so tragically beautiful. I want desperately to know more about them and to see them happy, but at the same time, I don't want anything that could possibly spoil them. I usually favor the long romances with happy endings, but for some reason, I love this. It seems like some reviewers thought she was annoying, but something about her reminded her of me. And that part about her questioning whether or not her memories were real was so wonderful...I've never been able to put words on that feeling before. And him saying that part about "just as I always do," (and other little details) makes me think they've been together for a while, and maybe I CAN hope that they'll be together and be happy! Anyway, I'm getting a little carried away, but I wanted you to know that I adore this story - even though it hurts my heart a little bit. |
![]() ![]() Loved this. :D It's something different from the usual arrogant guy - clueless girl cliches. |
![]() ![]() ![]() this is just amazing not cliched in the slightest and slightly quirky awesome :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() I enjoy that you have written this from a guys pov. you do it very well. is she broken? she reminds me a bit of the girl in 500 days of summer, with he fact that shes afraid of love. this was written over a year ago, do you plan on writing more, becasue i enjoy reading your work and i would love to read more! |
![]() ![]() I enjoyed your version of the lyrics. I'll think of this story when I hear the song. The characters are quirky and endearing:) |
![]() ![]() i chuckled when i saw your story title. brings back some memories...billy bragg on a cheap cassette. interesting take on the girl. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love this. I like the anonymity of not knowing their names, and how he dotes on her, and her spontaneity, and that last part. great writing. what does the title mean? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Nice. It really made me smile. :) |
![]() ![]() I love all your stories, especially because of the high count of British men. :] Great job. |
![]() ![]() Hello there. I don't have a FP account so I am unable to PM you about Ireland, so leaving you a 'review' was the next best option. I would definitely suggest stopping in a small town called Doolin in County Clare. It is known for it's traditional Irish music. I know you enjoy music, so if you are into the traditional stuff, it's definitely a place to stop. The town has a grand total of 3 pubs (I went to 2 of them) and they have live music in the evenings. It's about an hour from the Cliffs of Moher. And really, anywhere you visit in Ireland is awesome. The people are lovely and the country is gorgeous, so definitely see all that you can. And by the way, I am totally envious that you are making the trip. I've been dying to go back. |
![]() ![]() ![]() well I'm serbian [along with croatian, but my father is the serbian one, and that's what matters in this instance] and my father never did that, what a drag! lol anyway, brilliant piece here, thoroughly enjoyed it! |
![]() ![]() ![]() So I read this mostly to kill some time, but I found that I liked it- a lot. It was kind of vague, but at the same time, almost like it could be anyone's love story. It's the kind of snapshot you could get from a photograph, but more real. I really enjoyed it! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love this story. 'Twas very kind of reminded me of the movie 'sweet november' I don't know why though... so never mind about that. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Beautiful. |
