Congrats on being engaged! I don't think any publisher would pass this story up! It's my favorite book ever, printed or not and I can't wait to be able to read it and be able to flip the pages rather than press buttos. I'm glad that you are at least taking your time on thinking out Let Sleeping Gods Lie, rather than rushing i and missing some key points :)

I dont think they'll just block all mail from you if they dont like it. They will just tell you what dos'nt work, or not reply. This book is amazing complex and in my opinion well written as well. I read in your note that you probably wouldn't be starting the second book until November and it being December I am curious if you have and also curious if you are planning to put the second book up all together or in chapters. The clip of the third date made me want to read the second book even more. :) and the other reviewer that I don't remember the name of is right, I don't think you'll need much luck on the publishing. Can't wait to read the continuations!

i just finished Slave of Heaven. it's really good. i like your characters a lot. they have a lot of depth.

I don't see why you have to introduce the twins earlier. Bringing them in here for the first time works just as well.

This was a fun chapter. It really showed off the vampires'...human...side.

Hahahaha! That incident with Sorin was hilarious! Poor, naive and rejected Lily. I think that scene highlights the chauvinism of Nephilim culture more than any other description you've given so far. Their sheer disregard for women is astounding.

i've jst been reading this story straight for a couple of days and i probably wudv finished sooner if i was living on my own (cos then i wud ignore pretty much everything else, esp household chores)

but i absolutely LOVE it. like bigtime dude. Lucien is jst one hell of a character and i also think lily is a wonderfully lovable heroine- sometimes it jst feels a little fake but those scenes with her fighting the blood hound (awesome btw) were genuine and you cud really picture it and feel her strength. i was a little disappointed that lucien only cared for her wolf side more than anything else but with a potential 6 books, i guess they have time to grow...

at first i thought u might hav finished all 6 bks and they were just waiting on ur profile for me to read (cue heart attack moment from over-excitement) but when i saw just the one...sigh. at least i get to read the first one all the way to the end.

Oh and also wanted to say I am a big mythology buff and I like how you mix all the different myths while staying true to their spirit. I am also pagan too so its nice to see someone treat the stories w/ respect and not butchering them like a lot of stories and shows/movies tend to do. People need to keep in mind these were peoples beliefs at one time and even today people believe in these "myths" or at least the general spirit of them and it angers me a little when people totally destroy them!

I also like using different myths as well in my stories. Lilith is one of my favs as well. Also like Egyptian myhtology...Isis is one of the coolest goddesses but Inanna/Ishtar is pretty kickass as well:) Love the holy trinity thing am trying to incorperate that into my story...

Anyway will be eagerly awaiting your next story~! I will definetely by your book -maybeeven spring for the hardcover :)
