And yeah I agree w/ the person who said your story is better then twilight. Twilight is super dull compared to your story. And I will take Lucien ANY DAY over Edward!

and yeah I like Lily w/ a bit more of a spine. I can't wait to see her stand up to her "father" - speaking of which when are we gonna meet her real dad? Is he even still alive? hopefully we find more in the 2nd book!

one thing I missed in the re-write is the background on lily's mother about how she was raised w/ light elves and all- are you bringing that back for the the re-write? because the character of lily's mom intrigues me...something in the way you write almost leads me to believe she knows what is going to happen. I would love for you to expound more on this in the re-write or in upcoming books...heck I could see you writng a pre-quel of sorts using that as a storyline(see I love your sotry so much I already want pre-quels lol!)

I just finished reading your story and I swear, I couldn't put it down! It has to be the best and most well-written story on fictionpress. I am so hooked! And I'm waiting impatiently for November when I can hopefully read the second book. Just...wow. It had such an indepth story line, I loved how original it was and how different. You really went to great lengths to describe so accurately a supernatural world. I love the Lucien/Lillith dynamic. They bounce off eachother so well. I hope you succeed with this story. ]

Wow. It took me 27 hours to read all chapters and, beyond simple word choice and spelling errors, I think this is one of the best things I have read in quite awhile. It mosy certainly well and above the cliche garbage that litters this site. I sincerely hope you get published.

I am so excited to hear about the introduction of a male vampire rival to Lucien, hopefully there will be some jealousy there. And I really can't wait to read the second book! (I read your original and this rewrite in a week, it was that GOOD!)My birthday is in November so that's really exciting for me to hear that there is a possibility of your sequel coming out.

I would buy your book if it were to be published! Hopefully, Barnes & Nobles or another large bookstore would buy some of your copies. That would be really awesome.

Just to let you know, your series is WAY better than the Twilight series. Honestly, I thought the first Twilight book was okay but the rest was awkward and over dramatic! The Slave of Heaven I think is really complex and it doesn't just revolve around Lucien and Lilith, though I really like their interactions, which is really good since most writers revolve their stories around the protagonists. I like how your story has many elements in there and characters. It makes for an interesting read.
