Really wonderful poem!

I'm as a general rule not a huge fan of poetry on the whole, but you did an excellent job, especially when working with such a subject.

You somehow managed to take inarguably one of the most complex and multifaceted (if somewhat overlooked) men in history and summed his life up in a few hundred words; what is astounding, however, is that none of his depth was lost in the process.

I never realized what a truly tragic character Edwin Booth was, but seeing his entire life in such a short summery, and how much tragedy it held, I can't help but feel boundless pity for the poor man. :(

What a sad and extraordinary existence that man had. It's a shame he isn't remembered the way he should be.

He certainly did Shakespeare proud!
