Gosh.. I've always been such a long-time lurker on Fictionpress that this is my first-ever review and I hate the fact that it's coming so unbelievably late. I don't frequent these stomping grounds much anymore, sad to say, but when I do get that nostalgic kick in the gut—this beautiful, emotional, heartwarming story of yours is one I *always* without fail go back to read.

I remember discovering this site when I was in the seventh/eighth grade. I just graduated from university last year. Throughout all that time, I've kept your story and characters in my head every now and then since I found it browsing through the "romance" tag on here as an idealistic kid. I remember the last time you updated came as such a welcome shock—I don't have an account so I was never subscribed to notifications of yours, so when I got that nostalgic kick to check in on your story, I remember being so joyous to see you had updated after what I think was months or years!

I just wanted to FINALLY post a comment on this story of yours, because in this current bout of nostalgia, it'd be a crime not to let you know impactful your story has been for me. If it's stuck around for ages in my brain, know there are plenty of others who think about this all the time too. Also, I never really understood how much goes into writing your own original works until I started myself. So now coming back and seeing how you penned over 166k words in just 26 chapters is so insane—you deserve so much APPLAUSE for your dedication to the story.

Regardless of whether or not you ever update, please know that there exist many of us who loved your writing at a certain time in our lives and remain wondrously enthralled still to this very day by how many times we come back to re-read. I hope you're happy yourself as well and if, as seen by how much you wrote back then with this story, that if writing still gives you happiness—that it's still in your life in some shape or form!

Fantastic, proofread. I found the way you start at the end of a scene, then give the rest a little confusing, but otherwise, it's fine. Be happy, love pasta, but don't eat too much, go low carb, keep writing, UPDATE!

I'm so glad that you're back into writing this! It felt like forever, but these two chapters made up for lost time :) I'm looking forward to the next one, and yes, an M rated scene wouldn't be protested against, haha. Also, perhaps - if it isn't already happening - Penny could come to New York? I dunno. Completely up to you, but that would also be a good scene :) Anyway, keep up the good work!
