I liked Thomps, shame he is gone... or rather, that Noah is gone... I wonder what THomps would've thought if he knew (or maybe he did knew, like the captain, and was really sad because of that... who knows... O.O'').

Oh, well... off the ship many things can happen... I'm looking forward to the next chapter (and I'm brain-dead after today's stresses...)

I love this story! It's such a pity, though, that Noah left the ship - I loved reading about his life on the ship.

I don't know if Noah's going to see Thomps ever again. Part of me likes it when the first two characters you come across in the first chapter are still there in the last one, but I guess that it's okay if Thomps was only in the story to make Noah realize that he's gay.

I really hope, though, that Noah'll get back on a ship.

Anyway, I can't wait to read more. Waiting five days seems soo loong ! ;)

ahahaha aw, Noah thought of Thomps! i love his utter naivete to everything around him, even his own budding feelings or whatever :').

and i think i just really read your summary for the first time, and then came to the realisation that the core of this story will probably happen off the ship. it's almost foreboding, because the ship seems like such happy times now, and London's always so gloomy and angsty, and does that mean Thomps won't really be around him any longer :(. i love it though, i love shit happening to lovable characters hahh.

kay. i'll be waiting out the next five days in pure anxiety.

Noah's a man! D

I was grinning the whole chapter. As much as I try to be empatic with him I can't help myself.

At first I thought the little paragraphs to fill huge time gaps were weird, but by now I think they fit quite nicelly in the story. They allow you to focus more on the really important scenes and still know what happens in between them. And because they are short you don't get bored reading stupidly long descriptions and facts while wiating for something really interesting to happen.

It adds a different feel to the story as well, but I can't elaborate much more on that.

Now, I'm thinking about getting a tatoo in the arm myself... D

But the best part was that your little chapter took me away from my Fascist frenzy. I needed it. I need my life back... T_T

First of all i would like to say sorry for not reviewing last weeks story I was busy and so I didn't get around to reading it till today. SO I love it. I am curious to see if something comes of his fasination with thomps or not. I also like in the previous chapter how thomps took a liking to Noah. Anyways keep up the good work.

The first chapter left me wanting to know more, but the second definitely did the job of hooking me.

While, I love period pieces and sailors, it really is your writing that has me reading. The narration has such a story tale feel too it.

I also am begin to love Thomps. I can't wait to see how you develop him, as well as Noah, as the plot progresses. Keep up the lovely work!
