|Reviews for Better Than Breakfast|
| CherryPie13 chapter 1 . 3/24
(I can't deal, I'm devouring everything you've written)
| Leu chapter 1 . 2/11
Had a bad week in school so I dug around for old short stories to reread :) Thanks for making my day a bit better! I love your little shorts! Especially this one and Dragon Roses, oh! And the vampire one! I have a soft spot for those three :)
I know you haven't been writing much lately, but I hope your muse comes back soon! I love your longer stories but your short snippets are very sweet too. And maybe...maybe you'll add on to the Light/Dark series you had? I've been wishing for more of the prince, the general soldier, and the brothel owner was it? It's been awhile :P
| Guest chapter 1 . 12/26/2013
I loved this!
| scarletwater chapter 1 . 12/25/2013
This was absolutely adorable! I just love how oblivious Irian was throughout, his reactions to his plans not working were particularly funny, especially because we know exactly why they aren't working. I would love to see more of Irian and Vel together!
| allancaldera chapter 1 . 10/30/2013
awwww I love them together, they fit so perfectly Vel and Irian , I would love to meet someone with the personality of Irian. The line where he says Ive been trying to talk to myself...that one omg so good.
| LoveAntiquity chapter 1 . 4/1/2013
Tygati, your writing is incredible. It's so beautiful and enchanting and your plots so delightful. Your stories are gems, I can't wait to read even more! Take care and keep letting your imagination run wild, it seems to take you to wonderful places! :)
| fyredancer chapter 1 . 2/28/2013
Someone on my twitter feed recced this story and how surprised was I to find it was you? :D This was such a cute story with so many lovely details, and Vel and Irian are so sweet together. All those little brats totally knew, they were matchmaking. To their happily ever after!
| Guest chapter 1 . 2/24/2013
This was adorable! :)
| Guest chapter 1 . 11/30/2012
: ) Fluff
| Ranilyn chapter 1 . 11/18/2012
I didn't know that it was you who wrote this fic! I remember finding this story through what I like to call favourite stories/reviews hopping and was close to giving up when I discovered this delightful read. I really like the style you write in, and the twists you throw in the story. Particularly love how much everyone cares for Irian and what they'd do to see him happy.
LOL And Chao Mian? Really? You named a dragon after fried noodles? Hahahaha, had a good laugh there.
On an unrelated story, I can't get over Elissiv - the dragon really has no human common sense. Favourite line: "Elissiv wondered if he should have used smaller words, but he couldn't think of any." I love the nonchalant way Elissiv dealt with the whole situation. XD
| R. Ficst chapter 1 . 10/14/2012
So very sweet! What an utterly charming tale. Thoroughly enjoyed. Wonderful cuteness.
Well done and thanks for posting.
| Kharmaoftherainbow chapter 1 . 6/21/2012
Oh my goodness gracious I can't believe that I never reviewed you for this. I'm such a horrible person.
So I first came across this in some context or other years and years and years ago, and it's still one of my favourite things I've found on this website, ever. Which is why I favourited it. Yeah.
Your characterization is excellent, and your dialogue is well-timed. You manage to incorporate very nice detail about the challenges while keeping the reader engaged, even though it's a bit long for a one-shot. Vel and Irian are adorable, and I love the woodland creatures. Especially George.
So in short: I love it, you're brilliant, and I'm so lame for not reviewing this earlier.
| Mayori chapter 1 . 6/15/2012
I loved this, and I kept laughing whenever Irian tried to set Vel with somebody and then he just turned him down.
Though I'm curious (Probably am the only one) what happened to Vel's family?
| Scardusk chapter 1 . 3/3/2012
Aww this was adorable! I really liked how Vel kept turning everyone down and then trailing back, so sweet! And oblivious Irian! Gah! This was awesome, great job!
| Frankenlamb chapter 1 . 2/13/2012
I must say that I adore the concept of a fairy godfather and loved your description of unicorns (or rather, Irian's description) "too much sparkle in the brain," just seems so true...
George's name made me happy, Irian's failed (but so clever) plots made me happy, the animals' antics made me happy, Vel and Irian themselves made me happy gosh, I can't think of a single thing in this story I didn't absolutely love.
