Wow, I loved this! Everything about it was so funny and unique. The Fedora of Fate was perhaps one of the funniest things I've ever read, nice one! My favourite character was probably Tenebras, everything about the red contacts to the pretending-to-be-evil thing was just so hilarious! I really liked how you portrayed the main characters Eric and Ian. You didn't make them into heroes, or give them too many good qualities. They both acted in ways that sometimes irritated me, and I loved that! They seemed like real, well-rounded characters.

No, Eric, you might not have to jump at the call, but it does know where you live. And they've just gotten a quest buddy, so this is perfect timing.

Yeah, that's the problem with talking animals, so few can do them well, they either write them out of the plot entirely/make them only able to talk or offer opinions when convenient, or they make them way too anthropomorphic, which is doubly annoying if it's not a dog, since dogs are the only species which actually take most of their social cues and behaviors from humans.

Vern sounds like a decent roommate, though. Maybe a little low in the self-esteem, but he'll get used to hanging out with two teenage boys.

I know that reference. It was on The Critic, right?

You know what's funny? After reading ten chapters, I just noticed that "Yval" sounds like "evil".

I'm going to do one big review when I finish this story instead of a review each chapter, because I would have to review 28 times. Great story!

Oro: Usually as "Oro?" So I think it's "What?" or "Huh?", sort of a random thing to say when you're caught off guard and confused.

I enjoyed this a lot. Once the plot gets started, it's laugh-out-loud funny in a lot of places. Very good for someone who didn't even mean to write it.

Since you asked, my favourite character would have to be Tenebras Snr. Evil villains who aren't are brilliant.

By the way, in your Author Note for Chapter 23, YOU LIED. You said there would be a detailed chess game in the next chapter. I got my chess board set up and everything, so I could play along... Then we get to play Candy Land (sorry, Sugar Kingdom)? Wahh.

But in all seriousness, I enjoyed this. I read the whole thing in a day.

AMAZING story! It was really funny and kool :) I think I liked Death Lord/President Tenebras best, and Eric of course :) I liked how you did parodies of game series and stuff, like the "Last Dream" series XD and the "Power of Friendship part was the funniest thing EVER! But i do have a question... What happened to that 'Hiro' kid?was he a choosen one too?

I would like to say that this was a great story. I absolutely loved it. It was well told, had a plot, but still maitained its humor as a parody. Very, very well done. I enjoyed it thouroughly. lol, I stayed up to 2:30 in the morning reading it... I couldn't stop.

You're a comic genius X3 I absolutely adored your story, and during the course of you writing it, I checked everyday for updates 8D It's one of the few stories that had me laughing out loud just about every single chapter - my favourite was 'Goody Goody Gumdrops' X3 My only criticism would be that sometimes you have a habit of telling the reader what's happening, rather than describing, especially with action scenes. But other than that, it's a brilliant, funny story. Some of those cliches are just too true.

And I love all the characters, though if I had to pick a few favourites... it would have to be Tenebras, Colin and Vern X3

I love this story so much! Seriously! I just love the characters and their quirks. This was a truly awesome read. The story and jokes were original, and always a pleasure to read. I think I may re-read this story and review chapters that I hadnt before.
