So lovely.

This is a nice little piece. I like its relaxed feeling, which is especially evident in the last line "Yeah, there's something about the sky turning black." It created a very clear picture in my mind, almost as if I was sitting on a hill watching the sun go down.

There's a couple words that you repeated in the piece... some of them were good repetition, some were not so good. For example, "You feel like you're nothing at one moment, and then another like there's nothing that you could possibly lack." This repetition of the word "nothing" was excellent here because it was clearly intended.

However, you also repeated the word "calming" in the first and the 11th phrase. I found that this was very distracting... in poetry, you have so precious little words that you can use, it is a shame to waste one of them by repeating a word that you have already used. Try and find another word for "calming" and it will be a definite improvement.

Otherwise, great imagery and an interesting read. I look forward to reviewing your work in the future.

It's true, there really is. When I go on holiday and find a beautiful sunset, I take hundreds of photos of it, even though it's the same in each photo and the sun setting is a daily event but, still, it remains beautiful and magical. Lovely work. I love the description.
