Reviews for That Girl
Mechsrule1 chapter 1 . 6/16/2009
This poem is so sad... Though knowing some of the people in your chem class, its not to surprising.
Someone you know chapter 1 . 6/15/2009
You sit there so sad and hurt,

By those whom you've tried to flirt,

Driven to tease by notes unseen,

Those words relentless and cruel,

Have caused you to lose sight of whats you.

You forget things. Things you begin to deny.

That you are pretty.

That you are smart.

That you are funny.

You forget you have a beautiful, voice, sparkly eyes and pretty hair.

I sit here and watch you say,

How you hate your voice,

And ignore my plea of how it is nice.

You say how you are bland,

But I want to take your hand and, show you that you're wrong.

If only you could see beyond what, they say, then maybe you'll see, you're perfect to me.

I can relate. I use to feel like this all the time and periodically, I still get like this. Just trust and believe that things will get better and just think, to somebody else, you could be that girl.

As for the poem itself, I think you did an excellent job wiht the meter and in generall I think you did good with this.

Nice work.
