I actually don't think kale was being that bad; it's more like he doesn't want to get his hopes up for a new friend only for the new friend to realise he's popular and stop hanging out with the librarian who everyone hates. But you're the author, you know this or I'm wrong - either way, pointless for me to say that

It's been a while, but, since I just read this today (which is really weird, because I've read the first two chapters like 3 times and for some reason I never continued, and I can't figure out why! I love it!) I will forgive you if you update now :D Haha. But for reals, I do like this story quite a bit, I hope you have plans to continue it because I very much enjoy it.

okay, just got to the end of chapter seven. Just have to say that I love this story ... there are a few times I've noticed you've ... left out words that would make it flow better ... not that I have any examples on hand. Just a few instances where I had to go back and let my mind fill in a missing word or two.

I love Kale and Alis. There interaction is fun _ ...

Okay, so I know it's been forever since you last updated this, but I'm still going to put this on my alert in case you ever decide to come back. Because I would really -love- to read more of it _

Hey, I don't usually review the first chapter, but I know if I wait, I'm going to forget what I want to say .. .

Just wanted to let you know, that I already like Kale. He didn't bane them to be mean, he did, in fact, have a good reason for banning them, despite everyone else not seeming to think so. Rules are in place for a reason, and those students need to learn that. The fact that it's near exam time just makes the lesson stick that much more ... or one would hope ... .

Long story short .. I like Kale :P

The hilarity of this story is just my cup of tea (jasmine is my favorite at the moment). When I first started reading this, I just loved the librarian's personality. Kale is a nice change from all the sappy characters I have been coming across lately, and the story is progressing at a slow, but resonable pace. It makes me want to click to the next chapter as soon as possible without overlooking any of the details, and I was quite displeased that I could no longer read more of this wonderful piece of creativity. It feels as if this world could actually exist with all of the background I know you probably have thought of to base this story in. I would love to see a chapter on the other magically races one day or even another story if you were ever up to it (like "The Magical Teachings of Alis Keravnos").

I cannot wait until the next update, and I hope that this review inspires you to write faster.
