Be not quick to wish for a drastic change. At times, the only way to see something different is to stop looking. Do not wish for the past again, love the world as it is. Your reason for being here...is what you make it. The French say, "C'est la vie." (There is a translation in English, but Americans define this differently. These three words have a beautiful meaning, when tried to understand in the tongue from whence they came.)

I thought this was really well written-

"my only true imaginary friend" i loved the oxymoron within this, it portrayed the confusion and i thought that worked really well.

Poetry is dark. It is the "murmurs of the soul," as my English teacher used to tell me. It is what you really feel when you write it - true emotion caught on paper.

Wow...I'm not quite sure what to think about that. Very dark and filled with angst, but enjoyable just the same. It's almost as if your poems leave interpretation to the reader, which in and of itself is a good thing.
