I'm not sure I like Cailean. I felt the moment he met Michael he would break his heart. I didn't expect them to last two months. Cailean was more stuck on him than I expected, especially as you gave Grease so much more description. By chapter two Michael was just there. Xavier is interesting. He seems like the kind who could keep Cailean's attention for a long time. Years even.

I wish you'd written the love scenes with Michael and Xavier with as much time, attention, and words as you did the time with Grease. G1,931 words, M321, & Xonly 235 (yes, I didn't have anything better to do). With Poor Xavier it was like 'I said do me then he did.' I couldn't really feel anything. I know you can write good smut; you did in the first chapter. I just wish you'd given us ten times as much Xavier/Cailean.

Going with what you've written so far, I would think Caidean would fall for Xavier while on the island with lots of hot(ter) sex. After they are rescued, they say goodbye and Xavier reminds Cailean that high school romances never last and that he'll be waiting once Cailean's legal, out of school, whatever.

But you really go anywhere, I guess.
