|Reviews for Bran|
| Ernest Bloom chapter 1 . 5/11/2009
i'd even up the metric feet; e.g.:
If she offers a silver branch
And speaks to you of paradise
If she lures you from this green land
Consider heeding my advice
For she will cast her thread on you
And make a year to seem a day
Then seeking this fair land again
You’ll find you’ve tarried life away.
| Isca chapter 1 . 4/25/2009
This is interesting, mainly because the only 'Bran' that I've heard of in Celtic Mythology is 'Bran the Blessed,' who is male, so obviously that can't be the 'she' in this poem. "For she will cast a thread on you." Is Bran a 'Fate,' then?
