| Translucently Opaque chapter 1 . 12/15/2009
My brother is a drummer, and this jorio reminds me of him. It applies in so many ways. I love the imagery. I know I've said it before, but I don't think I'll ever tire of reading these. I will be forever amazed at how much emotion and story you can fit into sixteen words. I especially like how you portray 'these caustic tones' -spilling- 'across calloused hands' as if the caustic tones were the blood. Another favorite.
| Isca chapter 1 . 5/4/2009
"Calloused hands that know no melodies." That's an interesting line. 'Calloused hands' implies that the speaker is hard-working, but perhaps, his strong hands are not musical.
