I don't understand how Dev's mum can treat him like that. I really don't. It's not Dev's fault at all. It kind of makes me want to hug him.

I love Dev and Chuck's relationship. Chuck may be promiscuous, but at least he's a pretty awesome friend. And I don't know how Dev would have survived without him.

Oh, and Mercedes is pretty fun too. Haha. She's so psycho, it's adorable.

I can't wait to read some more. It's really, really good!

Ah, I love Mercedes XD She's terrifying and awesome... Well, Devyn should be happy she wants to be friends rather than enemies...less chance of disembowelment this way, I should think. Ugh, and his family is just mean. You'd think they would've figured out to translate the opposite of what he's saying. Or they probably have, but since they're jerks, they ignore it. Blurgh. Don't like them. Except for maybe the dad. He seems eccentric. :3 And like the nicer of the bunch. Oh, the detective's back! And, here's the murder investigation. Heh. Poor Devyn. Barefoot and heading to the police station... This should be fun o.o

I like the story so far, but I was a little troubled about some things. Instead of being a pathological liar Devyn just seems to say the opposite of everything. Like if the answers yes he'll say no, which is lying but its not pathological or compulsive lying. Pathological/Compulsive liars usually make up a bit more elaborate lies and while some do lie all the time, its usually not so obvious that their liar. Other then that I think this story had a lot of promise and so on, I'll be looking forward to the next chapter.

I love this so far. Favourite character's probably Charles right now...although I also have a fondness for Mercedes :D She sounds like she may quite possibly murder poor Devyn. Well, Charles would probably protect him :3 Hm, I think Mercedes and Charles will probably end up together...and possibly Devyn and Hot Detective? :D But anyway. Very cute. And has a nice dose of angst.

This is interesting. I love Devyn. I feel bad that he's not able to tell the truth when he wants to but I find it really funny that he can only lie and Charles still knows exactly what he means. I'm definitely going to continue reading this story!

I liked what you have produced together and I'm glad that we got to know Chuck and Devyn better. Things must be incredibly frustrating for Devyn... I think the problem he has is maybe worst that what a pathological liar has... because Devyn always knows the truth and never can say it. And James is terrible... even more I think that his family is the worst of terribles in there XD How can't they help him and understand him after so many years? I agree with Devyn, he is lucky to have Chuk as a friend.

I sense even more complications for poor Devyn's way in the future (no dur). I really like the characters, even James. LOL Because he and his goons are pretty much obvious that they scream FAIL. Marcus already scares me despite being a coolio-detective. I would've screamed and flailed if I saw that guy glaring and snarling at me. xD Hope to read more soon!
