I think I forgot to review this when I read it yesterday so here goes...

Good job on the Adam/Sydney (non)confrontation. I like that they could have a grown up conversation about the demise of their relationship and acknowledge their (well basically Adam's) character faults. While Adam may have been an asshat, he is sort of redeemed in my eyes for the fact that he does feel remorse. More importantly, by mentioning that Sean loves her (even though she already knows), it shows he still wants the best for Syd. See this is what I love about your story! 3 dimensional characters that you just can't quite fully hate - excellent writing :)

Ack the speech that Sean made was teary! Glad that Syd will finally pull her act together though... she better hurry cos he's waiting for her! Can't wait to read the next chap :)

Haha, just kidding. That was great, though. I always did love me some Chuck and he was fabulous for doing such a selfless thing for Jack...lol. "Love spelled backwards is evil!" HA!

The Adam thing was totally surprising to me! I thought for sure Sydney would want to rip his throat out, but you did a good job in showing how that "Adam charm" kind of changed her mind. I almost felt BAD for him, after all that he did, and that's kind of crazy! I can't believe he cried. God, all of your male characters are such sissys! LOL just kidding. :-)

I kind of picture Adam as Adam Lambert and that makes me like him more, even though he's sort of a douche. Maybe that's why I've decided to forgive him. I do like the way Sydney told him she didn't want to be friends or "his anything" - good girl!

I forgot to mention last chapter that it was clever of you to bring back the old forgotten security camera that they'd found in that earlier chapter. FORESHADOWING! (Look, I learned something in school!) And I also thought it was awesome how conniving and sneaky Chloe was, ha. She's awesome.

The benefit was great. I'm proud of our little Sydney. :-)

So I can't WAIT until Sydney gets a chance to talk to Sean...and hopefully it will be SOON, right? :-D You're awesome.

ps - i feel like I should be writing *SPOILER ALERT* at the top of all of my reviews. Oops. :-)

If it makes you feel better, I feel the same way about Sean (don't tell my husband either). I think this chapter was fantastic. I felt like crying when Sean got up on the microphone (not good, because I'm at work). I almost laughed when they got pulled apart again... oh, the tension. Please don't make me wait too long for the next chapter.

Woot! I am glad that Adam didn't try to win her back and I'm glad that Syd is fully over him. I think I would have started to cry if I were Syd, too, listening to the man I love say those things... I can't wait to see how Syd is going to tell Sean that she loves him and wants to be with him forever... *sigh* Wish I could find love like that...

Your last three chapters have been excellent! I am taking a summer class and haven't been able to review each time. Each chapter just keeps getting better and better! I can't wait for the next one!

Sean seriously just solidified everything I ever thought about him. He's loyal and caring and sweet and an all around good guy and Sydney would be a freakin idiot to walk away from that without giving him a shot, man. You are a genius for writing him - now can you make him real?

Adam is such a douche! Obviously he's supposed to be, but you did a really good job at conveying just how douche-arific he really is. The way he just walked out? Totally lame and I hate him. :-) lol.

Is Sydney still going to see Adam? I hope she does, one last time at least, so she can tell him how she feels about him now. He's a crappy person and I hate him. :-) Oh, did I say that already?

Awesome chapter. Chloe's always funny... I loved the line about her writing this as a romance novel. HA! Clever. :-)

I'm trying to hold in my squeals but now that Sydney knows for sure i REALLY hope she makes the right decision, and by that I mean she should jump Sean immediately. As in right now. I'm quivering in anticipation (ha) for the next one! Great job with this chapter (and every one, actually). HOLLA.

The awkwardness between Sydney and Sean is no longer fun and it makes me sad. This is the bad kind of awkwardness. They must work it out, dammit. The way Sean is kind of withdrawn from her is just not right.

And damn you for the cliffhanger, although I'm slow and there's already another chapter so I'm not really all that pissed. :-)

Awesome. I completely loved it. Chloe is a sneaky one, isn't she? It was actually quite beautiful for Sydney to see that moment, as ridiculous as it might have been.

I love Sean, he's one of a kind. I can't believe Chloe went through the trouble to taped the whole thing. It was very sweet of her to do that for her sister.

I'm so glad that Sean stood up to Adam. Adam definitely does not deserve Sydney. I wonder what Sydney is going to do now that she knows that Sean is in love with her. I hope she doesn't run but I get the feeling that she might leave and then come back.

Please post the next chapter soon, I need to know what happens next. :)

Unless someone put the exact same as me, I think I'm that astute reader! Yay. But I do loves me some drama. And I sure LOVED this chapter. I don't know what I'm going to do when this story is over, but I don't want to think about that right now. I want to think about they both admitted that they love each other. Maybe not to the other person but STILL! And I'm also wondering, have we seen the last of Adam? This chapter just made me so happy. Gaawd, I love Sean.
