she needed to be ASSERTIVE; he was an ass to her and she took it like a wimp. I was really waiting for you to make her a strong woman maybe that's why you lost motivation. She should have been able to stand up for herself. The name calling was also out of control. Who wants to be called stupid on their wedding day?

her mom didnt go to the wedding because ...? I thought her mom wanted her with lucas.

Awesome! Lucas is still a jerk, but oh, well. He's still sweet!

lucas is my favorite name ever and he is such a sweetheart in this story... fine at the end but still!

Oh god, personally I found that terrible. I kept reading hoping she'd grow a pair, but no, she seemed to be a pathetic push over her whole life. This plot is way to convoluted. He abandoned her twice made her walk for hours, made her walk to get petrol for his car, made her push his car, got her sick... then she gets angry at him for saying he loves her? I'm glad her priorities are straight.

I hate to admit it, but I found the ending really disappointing. I understand that you lost motivation for writing it, it happens to me all the time, but I really thought you had a pretty awesome story line. I don't think the brevity gave the plot justice. There was so much you could have done with the characters (ie. Claire, Gabe and Lucas), not to mention you really didn't develop Claire's relationship with either boys. But I understand that if you had lengthed it, you would have certainly done that. The end was very hollow, I felt, but I know, you just wanted it finished. I felt Claire really changed from the previous chapter to this one, and it would have been experience those changes with her, not to mention see a confrontation with her parents would have been quite entertaining and vital to her maturation.

This story had the potential to be really long without being boring, so it's a real shame it ended. Though I think it was good you gave it some sort of conclusion, then just discontinuing it all together. It was great story anyway, I really loved the idea of it: The sacrificing daughter/person in Claire and the complicated and twisted personality of Lucas and their confusing relationship. Maybe one day you could come back and find you have so motivation, because if that happens, it will be a really great story.

Claire is an idiot! Why would she marry him? She's insane, I tell you. I could only take so much verbal abuse. Joking or not. And I highly doubt he's ever joking when he says those things. Good story though. :)
