Um, well...It's written alright and everything, but you do realize that this book/story, whatever, is like EXTREMELY close to Stephenia Meyer's book The Host? In the Host there is "soul" living inside the human girl's body who also talks to her through her head and this sounds like a bit of a copy. If it is intentional, you might want to think about writing on FanFiction instead of FictionPress, because FanFiction is fan fiction on books that exists but with the writer's own twist, which kind of sounds like what you are doing.

Hm. I am confused. There are two interpretations for this. She's pregnant and the fetus is speaking from within the blackness of the womb (the accident being rape). OR the accident was a physical accident, like a wreck, and her mind has turned against itself... Just... It's confusing. Good though. Lots of interaction between... the two halves? Or the mom and kid? I don't know... But it was good.
