Mmmm, questions, questions, questions and I definitely have them. So...Gus knows about Shay yet, Vespar doesn't...that's the vibe I'm getting. It seems like Kellan and Gus are quick to reassure Shay that even though she's not like them, she's still family (like the mafia...you don't have to kill to be part of the "family"). Vespar's so touchy.

Excellent writing as always. I'm anticipating the next chapter even more than I looked forward to this one and that is definitely saying something, since I was looking forward to this one with great anticipation. I can't wait to see what happens next...although I was a little disappointed that Shay still didn't receive an answer to her second question. I wanted to know too...*pouts a little* oh well, it will come out eventually...right?

You know, instead of Vespar filling Gus with ideas, it seems more likely to me that Gus is manipulating Vespar. Or maybe will. Gus looks like the spectator to me, like she can interpret and read people really well and make slight ripples in the water that'll in turn make waves. She has this feel that it'd be to her amusement too, but there's no spite there. Or maybe there is, but she's intuitive enough to know that it's not the right time to act on it.

I just really like Gus.

Shay is not alone in wanting to know what she is...I can feel the anticipation just growing. But I'll wait...I can wait to find out-I hope :) Wonderful writing as always. I love how you pack so much into your chapters without really giving EVERYTHING away. I wish I knew what the secret was-cause you obviously do . I love reading your stories, they just are so good...and I wish I could write a helpful review without repeating everything...but you are a good writer.

I do feel sorry for Shay though, it's like she's really alone in a house full of people. Excellent chapter! I can't wait until the next one.

Hm, well it would make a lot of sense if Shay wasn't a demon like the others. Her powers are stronger and she's not really been like them in the first place... I wonder what their parents look like?

I love the suspense, but at the same time I just wish I knew what's happening.

The characters are great, really like them. I hope that you won't turn Kellan against Shay, I love their connection and I don't want anything to ruin it.

I liked the part where Shay says "I swear to your God" because it really shows the distinction.

And I can't help but feel like Kellan is the main male in this story because he's so strong and comes across as hot. ;) (Yeah, I have very low criteria for what traits/characteristics a male lead should have. LOL. :P)

I was looking for new stories to read by the Christmas fire, so of course I went to your page, and decided to (finally!) give "Evil" a try..! I'm so glad I did! I love the intensity of the characters and the fact that you leave us guessing, even after a few chapters.

Oh and..I don't know if I have a twisted mind but I feel something possibly going on between Shae and Kellan...(I'm not calling for incest but maybe some twist...meh, we'll see!)

It's a shame you seem to have stopped writing it, because I'm hooked!
