I like this because you based it around the old homeless man and his broken blue eyes.

The relationship was cute.

And guess what?

There was enough sexual tension, and enough words to make me cry for the homeless man- actually I'm fairly sure I was already upset when I started reading this.

This was my cup of tea. It was depressing yet romantic- how you made it work I don't know!

I'm just jealous I hadn't thought of it!

I kinda like the idea of the story, but I think its a bit abrupt, don't you think? It feels like two completely different things going on, and not enough detail on each side to pull on someone's attention.

I must've read this story 20 times and never reviewed because you can't review twice and I thought I already did. but apparently not.

But I just love the way it's written and the cuteness of the plot. I'd say my favourite part.. but my favourite's the whole thing. it's just lovely.

what about it did I like? I like how well Jacob and Autumn went together- especially contrasted to their former partners. I like the unique ways they met and how they acted from it (instead of wanting to kill each other after colliding they went out together and ate together :) ) and the old man who was sad but now smiles at her which makes me feel like the world is set right somehow hahaha... and I can imagine it all against a backdrop of summer which is a nice recurring happy theme :)

Um, I have no idea what you mean. Because this is... what was it? crazy and beautiful and real. Seriously. I teared up because it's charming and perfect. The way Autumn felt about the homeless man seemed so, so real and I loved that entire story line, because it (warning: cheesy ahead) gives me hope, because it's like wanting to fix the world and being able to do something small and having it actually matter and that's amazing. And she and Jacob have the perfect amount of agreeing and disagreeing, and perfect and unimportant. And it's that lovely side of summer sort of feeling.

This is a fantastic story. It's realistic and sweet and made my teary. The beginning and end of your story were absolutely gorgeous. I have no criticism, and I usually only review when I have constructive crit, but I just HAD to praise you for this one.
