I feel like Julia and Kevin's characters are definitely people you can relate to. To work for something for so long, and find out what you wanted is not really what you wanted all along. I feel like when you're in college, you're so focused on achieving your goals, your career and once you actually obtain that career - it may not be what you expected. Reality is never what you imagined it to be. College is definitely not the real world.

I like how you fast forwarded a couple of months, before Kevin and Julia got together. There was definitely some serious baggage between them that they needed to work through. They had to be friends first.

I love, love, love this story! The best case of irony I've seen, ever.

I have read this story many times, especially when I am feeling down, so, in order to be true to you, a fabulous writer, I, the lazy bum who never reviews, will review. This story...has rendered me speechless. I have read this story multiple times, and each time, I come out feeling just as I how I felt when I read it for the first time, in awe. There are stories I love reading, in my top 15 of all time stories, that when you re-read are never just as good. There is always that "oomph" that is missing, so in order to preserve the image that I want for the story, I don't re-read it. Yet, this story is as fresh as the day I first read it. It is not a typical cliche, where the girl and guy just randomly hate each other for such trivial things, then randomly decide that today will be a great day for their declaration of love. Your story has a one very important thing that most stories I read lacks, realism and believability. If I can imagine everything actually happening, I can connect. And I can connect. Now, for some relatively nice constructive criticism, some places where you describe how she is feeling is a little cliche. For example, screaming and stomping like a little kid. But, that phrase is way better than "rip my hair out". And, one of my favorite things authors struggle to incorporate is their own views. I simply adore how you added that tidbit about crooked politicians, and how they make their way to the top. I do not love this story. What I feel towards it, it's not the overused four-letter word. I am attached to this story, and cherish it like no other.
