This was a short but sweet little piece, so I'm surprised you don't have any reviews yet. Oh well, doesn't hurt to be the first. I think your greatest strength in your writing is definitely description, because it takes talent to be vivid without overbearing. The end was a bit corny, but it seemed to be intentional.
