Reviews for Forever Waiting On Nothing At All |
---|
![]() ![]() ![]() This happens to be one of my favorite stories here and then I came back on this site to reread it but the majority of the story is gone. What happened to it? |
![]() ![]() I came back to reread but all but two chapters were gone. Did something happen that made it get taken down? |
![]() ![]() ![]() THANK YOU ! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Complex plot here, I like the creation of the Watchers. Interesting relationship struggles and overall pretty well done. I enjoyed the read : ) |
![]() ![]() :c I would much prefer it if you posted Michael's story in chunks because I'm afraid I may never hear from you again! Which is even worse than the exhilarating pain for waiting for each chapter. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I really love your story, thank you for sharing it, it was an amazing ride. There is just one thing that really bothered me. You finished it rather abruptly, practically robbing the readers of a satisfactory ending, almost as if you were in a hurry to get rid of the story and those characters. You spend a novel length text to build and develop up all their social relationships meticulously and then the climax and resolution is not more than a few hundred words of rather dry narrative. You introduced so many interesting secondary characters and their social relationships with the two main characters but we never got do see how it actually plays out now Cole and Jade are a couple, probably the only young ex rogue couple in the whole werewolf world. It was stated that wolves gone as far rogue as Cole will likely never fully recover. So to what extent does the mating heal him and what rogue traits do remain? Is he still in danger of going rogue somewhere deep in there? What about his "Buddy" traits? How do they both react to the mating bond, now they are finally fully mated and have what they have both been missing but also fearing so much? Does Jade completely overcome her rogue times? How does the "fuzzy, foggy" rogue mist in her mind fare? Does it go away completely? Does Jade reintegrate in her old pack and once more establishes an alpha bond there? If they both permanently sever their ties with their old packs, how do they themselves and their families cope with that huge step of being solitary wolves without pack and alpha bonds? I suppose if they are both healing they might want that kind of lifestyle back? How do Jade's friends react to her being mate with an ex rogue and her permanently leaving the pack. You introduced Jade via interaction with her friends, so I feel they deserve way more in terms of conclusion than a dry "they visited her". Same for Jade's alpha. How does Cole's family and pack cope with the situation? They also deserve a more satisfactory conclusion with Cole than "they came visiting". Did Cole's sister get her amazing, great brother back with the help of Jade as she had so desperately hoped or is he still the reclusive grump around other wolves? How are Cole and Jade coping with Cole still working on missions, when usually they explicitely only take older single/ex rogue wolves for that type of work because of the stress for the pairs. Surely that's still a problem and something that Jade won't just accept and stresses out Cole. How is Jade fairing with her new life at the Watcher's compound compared to her old life at a pack. There are so many threads still dangling here. I'm really missing a well rounded conclusion and I hope I might have been able to convince you to get back to this story and write a few chapters of an actual ending for it. Also, I came to really like your characters and I find that with Cole and Jade's line of work, there are endless possibilities for great sequels with rogues and vampires, the Watchers and Cole and Jade's families and packs, :-)) So again, thank you very much for a good reading and I hope I inspired and encouraged you to get back to your loveable wolves and write more about their lives, adventures and difficulties. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This was unbelievably amazing! It had a good plot scheme, and you played it well! Great work with it! I love it :D - Cookie Seller. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Loved your story! Cole and Jade are so cute! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I hope you finish Michael's story soon because I completely adored this story. It's been awhile since I got so absorbed in a story, but I couldn't stop reading. Great Job! Loved it! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wow. Loved this story and the characters. There are so many male werewolf stories, this was the first female one I've come across. Jade's problems struck a chord and at one point you had me tearing up. Really, great job :) Keep writing! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I get confused by dialogue sometimes. Aaaand that's it for complaints. I like how it always seems like you're talking froma first-person point of view all the time. I always think Jade is speaking haha |
![]() ![]() ![]() Catchy, catchy... I don't really think you need constructive criticism because you have plenty already, so I'll just leave a review 'cuz of the review-every-story-I-read pledge. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I loved it! There where some grammatical and spelling errors but this was easily one of the best stories I've read in years! Gotta admit I'm curious and sure just how dynamite they are in bed! lolz It was an amazing story and you are an amazing author! Beautiful story! |
![]() ![]() Okay Jade is getting annoying. And it's just so lame that she calls him 'buddy' lol are you kidding me. Saying that outloud is stupid. And how she reacts to Cole with hostility is also grating. Like it's one thing not to get along with him, and another to be overly dramatic in the way she's so irritated by him. Im going to try to read more because i do enjoy your writing in general, but your protagonist is working her way under my skin. |
![]() ![]() ![]() And to the rhetorical question of how much you put jade through... The answer should plainly be,"too much" Makes me wonder that the position of Drill Sergeant, would suits ya' just great. :-P |
