i..i dont know what to say. i was hoping that paige and charlie would end up together, that somehow, charlie would see his best friend was somene that was really more than just a friend for him. disappointed too that, paige got herself someone that she loved more than charlie. oh god, my heart hurts. arg. the sufferings i have to go through.

Hi ! Just started your fic and I like it a lot :) Just wanted to say, as a native french speaker, that "le petit souris" is grammatically wrong. If you want to call the store "The little mouse", you should say "La petite souris" (because the word souris is feminine). But maybe it was on purpose ? Sorry if it was :)

THis was so absolutely wonderful. i absolutely stayed up to read this; i have not read original fiction in a long time that drew me in quite like your language drew me in. And especially the characters. I love how unorthodox the story was, because it's so so rare to find stories of growing up instead of concentrating on feel-good romance. And it's done so well. Each character is incredibly complex, and I love love love the smart and funny moments. Charlie's amazing; thank you so so much for this wonderful story

This story was amazing! I loved it and stayed up till 2 last night...morning reading it. The characters were amazing and I really came to care for them, and though I was kinda disappointed that Charlie wasn't happy in the end with Liam, I think you did it really we'll and that last scene was really good where you stated that Charlie wasn't lusting after him any more. The only thing that I would of suggested would be putting a reference to the sweater at the end, like when Liam broke it off, you know, something that connects it back to the beginning. This story I think rings true to human nature and how people think and act, and this is probably the best fiction or fan fiction I have ever read on fictionpress, , archive of our own, or otherwise. Thank you for writing this, and I think you have a really good talent. I am going to go look for more of your story's now. Thank you

Love and Hate. That's what I really feel right now, my dear author. I mea i love this story because the plot and all that was so amazing. I hate it because for me it wasn't a happy end bcus Charlie didn't end up being with Liam. I know you said the story wasn't actualy about Charlie and Liam but from the very start I was hoping they'd up being together thats why I really stayed up until 3Am just to finish it but when they like broke up i was really very sad. I hope you'll reply to this and say 'Don't worry, Im gona make a sequel! :)' hahaha
And yeah i know this stry was completed like 2years ago but i just found it so yeah. Lovlots

It's very unlucky for me to have found this story later than it was published. I mean it's like 3 years ago but what the heck. So I just wanted to tell you that this story was very amazing and I was able to finish it for just one day(not exactly) cus you know it was already published when I found it so I didn't have to wait for the updates. And im not gona be a hypocrite and say I was satisfied because(no offence) I was not. The ending indeed was very 'true to life' kind of a thing and brilliant and all that but, the whole time I've been expecting the story to at least put Char and Liam together but well unfortunately...
I know you've warned us(readers) that this story isn't all about Char/Liam but I really did expected they would end up together. I know you won't even bother to mind this review by now but I really want to hear you reason out and say, "Babe, chill, it'll gona have a sequel."

Wow, I absolutely love this story. The ending esp. made it very very realistic (although I was kinda bummed out that Charlie didn't get to fulfill his need of love *cry*) Great Job!

I'm so happy that Paige and Charlie made up but I am super duper sad that Charlie and Liam are no more. Very heartbreaking. But I kind of knew that was where the story was going when you wrote in your author's note a few chapters prior how the story was more about Charlie than about Charlie and Liam. Great job, I loved it.

I was kind of expecting Charlie to find a guy at the end. Most of the stories I've read end the person getting a boy or girlfriend. The way this story ended was refreshing.
