papermask chapter 2 . 8/17/2009
Oh wow. This was very creepy. I can't help but feel bad for the main character, especially at the end. Good job. :)
papermask chapter 1 . 8/17/2009
Wow. This was really sad. At first I wasn't exactly sure what was going to happen, but I suppose that's a good thing. Then, I felt so horrible for the poor girl, but then the moment of retribution comes. She lets the man die, and I have to confess, I don't feel sorry for him. But I do feel bad for her. Great job evoking emotions. :)
l'heure bleue chapter 2 . 7/10/2009
GAH! So creepy. and slightly insane. :P The ending of this chapter reads like a horror movie, so eerie and great. lol. Keep it up; it's fantastic, in a sinister way. :)
l'heure bleue chapter 1 . 7/10/2009
Wow... I just finished the first chapter of this story ... and it was haunting. (In the best way, of course.) It was amazing and so intense.

Can't wait to read the next chapter! :)
Eurypon chapter 2 . 7/10/2009
Ah, yes, sibling rivalry.

Again someone who has become invisible and uses that invisibility to go unpunished. Not only is the little love stealing thief eliminated, but the relationship of the parents is ruined.

The last sentence is the most horrifying because it lets us suppose the worst.

This is the literary equivalent of a scrumptious appetizer.

The only reproach one could make is, that it leaves you wanting more. But that's a good thing.
Eurypon chapter 1 . 7/10/2009
"No one will ever know."

That, at least, must be a perk "when nobody sees you".

I liked a lot. The dry, matter of fact tone of this vignette. The hidden strength of the abused and the hidden, but all too soon appearing when challenged, weakness of the abuser. The emotional blackmail backfiring.

It was all delightful.

Much value in a small package. And it lingers.
