Admittedly, I was a little wary of reading this since A. when people say 'inspired' by a song, they try to hard to stick to the lyrics and B. there's another fic on this site based on the same song.

However, this was a pleasantly good read. Unlike the other one, the ending was more positive. I also liked that the angst wasn't overdone. What could have been a cheesy last scene was rendered very sweet by your simple yet refreshing prose. Very believable and nicely paced. Well done to you :)
