I read this last night and I really enjoyed it!

The only thing I can offer is that it was kind of confusing with all the boys being introduced around the same time. Sharon's brother-in-law is the connection to Matt, but I couldn't tell if it was a close relationship or not. For a former room mate, I thought their bond would be a little closer. I saw that some other people asked about Steve. I thought that when you had her ask, 'Is Steve a lawyer,'you meant that someone was going to say, 'No, he's a doctor.' It's fine to have two people competing for her affections but be careful builidng up a moment one way - it leaves the reader confused, thinking you made a mistake.

What else ... I thought she went from hot to cold too quickly in one of the chapters. I think it might be the one where he ends up staying the night. While I understand her frustration, I think it's unrealistic for someone to go all 'shouty caps' out of nowhere. It felt kind of forced, like they couldn't have a normal convo so she started yelling.

That's all I have! I hope you get a chance to update this soon. I want to know what she's thinking about Steve. And, I'm missing Matt's one-liners, haha.

I love David needing Cassidy like oxygen. :) I like what Schuyler said before Cassidy and Steve went out for a date. I like the doctor too! :)

First off, I believe you celebrated a birthday a while back, and I meant to put this in my last review so HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY! I updated YBWM, consider that as a belated b-day gift from me to you :)

Secondly - my thoughts and prayers go out to your brother for a speedy recovery! I honestly winced when I read what happened to him in your Author's Note. Ouch. I hope he gets better soon!

Thirdly - on to the review...

I wanna like Steve, honestly, I do, but I just can't. Something about him just rubs me the wrong way. I feel like he's too good to be true, and that he will flip a switch on Cass sooner or later. And maybe Matt knows something about this Steve character that noone else knows... Hm... And when Steve fucks up and he shows his true colors, Matt can pick up the pieces!

I might be totally off on that assumption, but that's my view. Like I said, I just get this bad vibe from Steve. So that's my take on that!

I love Schuyler! Seriously, I think she's a bit like me around my friends. Although I may not be as, ahem... loose... with guys as her, her totally upbeat personality is like me! And Cassidy's interraction with guys is somewhat like me, so I can connect with those two characters the most!

Her date was awesome! And Mr. Annoying Neighbor is jealous. I bet he's been thinking about her and that he wishes he was the one on the date with her. :)

FIRST OFF, I'm terribly sorry to hear about your brother and I hope his face is okay... and skull... and brain... and mental health...

Anyway, the date was great. I enjoyed reading about how Cass was showered with compliments (and enjoyed it). I mean, I want her to hook up with Dr Matt of course, but another guy spices things up you know? Not like a threesome, but a 'love/like triangle'. It's a little bit romantic with wicked dashes of tension. And I like tension... Especially the 'unresolved sexual' kind. :)

No sweat Vaude. I'm doing comeback chapters and I've found the hardest part was the first one or two before I got back into the swing of it. Putting your nose to the grindstone and setting up a time table for when you want to finish really helps too.

I liked this chapter. Cassidy and Matt have it so bad for each other.

Sounds like you did get a pretty good haul and I'm with you on the shaving front...I find cuts everywhere the next day and cannot for the life of me remember how I managed so many!

Me likey some adorable Steven man-ness! Hahaha. Wow, this chapter made me ridiculously happy, as I'm in quite the pissy mood from having gobs of reading to do for my history class, urgh. This definitely cheered me right up! Way to go!

Your brother fell ten feet from a balcony and landed on his face? *horrified expression here* Is he all right? Is he going to be all right? Goodness, how awful! Sounds like you definitely deserve a much needed break to Ontario then!
