"Pounding ivories" is such a vibrant opening line; the "twirl" imagery that this line creates is also very vivid and moving. :)

This really brings out the grace of ballet, especially the words synchronisation and symmetrical :) And the words ivories and twirls are just divine. Fantastic word choice!

I really liked your opening of: ‘Pounding ivories’ ivories are a type of shoe if I recall correctly, and just from this line I could hear the pounding of feet hitting the stage. I could hear the swoosh with the movements. It was a very nice piece, a little short, but very enjoyable. Keep up the good work.

This is quite excellent! "Pounding ivories" is such luscious imagery.. Excellent flow also; one can read it in one breath, which is often difficult in a poem when the flow is not perfect. Keep up the good work!
