I like the wordy dialogue in the story. If you're going for a bit of a light novel feel, you've got it. That's the kind of vibe I'm getting from it.

There are a few tense errors, and some missing punctuation, but nothing too notable that will distract from the story. You can only correct so much as your own editor right? Interesting concept.
