I honestly don't know who I like more: James or Keegan.

Keegan is like that nerdy, yet cute and popular guy that girls like, and James is the mysterious new guy that girls like.

Us girls always want what we can't have, so I can understand why Audrey still likes Keegan, even though he has a girlfriend. Or does he, since she hasn't made an appearance yet. And I'm pretty sure Audrey is going to slowly start liking James, because... well, isn't that how these things always turn out? ;)

Fucking hell, I haven't enjoyed a story so much since the book about the cat and the fat kid!...but that's a different story. Anyway, you immediately got into the story and didn't waste time explaining how Audrey's a really sweet girl behind her cheerleader guise. That, I love you for, because most authors tend to have their characters contradict themselves at one point. You though, you have a fun, consistent characterisation that I can relate to.

The whole thing's actually pretty realistic too, if you don't mind me saying. You drop any and all prejudices you have and delve into the mind of the other side's view (in this case the NOT sweet shy girls who popular boys somehow fall for) of what's going on. The high school cheerleaders I used to know were actually pretty nice, if a little stereotypical.

Keegan and James remind me of my two little brothers actually, which is part of the reason why I like them so much. Since I've always been the eldest sibling, my brothers were much closer to each other than they were with me. I can't really tell with Keegan and James though, but they seem like a good pair (i.e. platonically) and balance each other out, you know? Their relationship is actually quite realistic.

Wow, that was pretty long, but the words just spewed out of me (did I just say spew?).

Oh, and if you're still willing to write or post on FP, and if you do ever feel inclined to update this story, there's nothing holding you back. I think the simplicity, the fun and fast vibe I'm getting from this and the story in general just really appeals to me more than any other (admittedly fantastic) stories out there. But then again, if you don't want to write anymore then it really is your choice. I'd be disappointed of course, but you probably have a reason. You said you have the plot worked out, right? Maybe that's limited your... erm, creativeness? Just go with the flow and see where you're headed and all... except when the creepy guys in white vans come for you.

Hello :) I'm a new reader and I just want to say that this is a great story! Personally I like Keegan more than James; I'm more for the friendly good-guy types haha. Well I'll be look forward to the next chapters. Keep up the good work!

luv this story a lot so far! it's its own story and is unique, and the characters are nothing like not for me, esp. the protagonist. and dave compared to james, very dif. bad boy types.

I dont really think its so cliche, but it wouldnt matter because in order to make a nice love story its got to be somewhat cliche

highly entertaining! The whole kissing fiasco I like, but its funny how aubrey just cant get over James dressing like a hobo! Lol!

Anyway. I really love this, and I felt like I needed saying it again. I hope everything is going okay with the story... and if you, like, already published this somewhere and now are swimming in money and you won't update this never ever again... please say so!
