This was fun short chapter. And I love the hints at the implied love triangle between Steven, Lea and Lyle! :) It makes laugh. I really like the confused Steven, by the way. One of the really cool minor character it seems. XD

Damn! :o Lyle KILLED Lea's dad? :-/ OMG! That's so sad. NO wonder Lea had begun to avoid him and think him simply deranged! Anyone in their right minds would... *sighs*

It was a serious chapter, but it did serve as the inciting incident, and pushed your story ahead. :) So, it was a good chapter. Very grown-upish. :D

Ah, and now Lyle begins to show *some* human traits! XD I could really get used to him :)

Oh no... she's gonna take Lillian's side and Lyle would get a shock at that! :P

On a serious note, I like where this story is headed! :D Like I keep saying, I can't just wait to get to the next chapter. It's simply awesome. This is a very original plot. :)

Honestly, the story is shaping up well and you've received a positive feedback! :) Had *I* been in your place I'd have probably been jumping up and down, and screaming how great the story is going! XD

The whole concept was new and for a romance, it's really not all that cheesy! :P It's sweet, just not in a saccharine way. And I think I'm falling for the sadistic Lyle :P Is that normal?
