amazing story loved it and so can't wait for the sequel to come out

Well, I have no nice words for Ginger or Hurley right now who have both been stupid hahahaha. Daphne however steps up in my estimations, and Justin is of course continuing to be a dick. Good chapter overall.

I thought this chapter was really sweet.. Hurley you made my day. I just got a new bf, he asked me on the beach, sunset, and in front of all the guys. Lol the boys were making fun of us, and one asked me about me idea of abortion.. yea it is awkward.

I don't think that I have reviewed for this yet so I guess this is my first review for this story. I found the beginning intriguing. I wasn't sure so about the story though because I didn't like the way that it was narrated in the first chapter but as I read on I realized it was for the sake of the first chapter and that it did help me understand the different sides of her. I just automatically feel drawn away from a story if it starts off with the character introducing themselves but in this case it made sense. Though I think that if you hadn't done that and let us get to know each one of her different sides then we would get to experience and come to the conclusions that were told to us in the first chapter about her. Like one of my former teachers told me, "show us, not tell us".

As I read more about Ginger in the following chapters I came to the realization that she classified herself lower than she actually was in the high school social hierarchy. She is best friends with a cheerleader who is well known, and a rich kid who is known to throw awesome parties all the time. I don't really thinks that puts you at the bottom of the pyramid. I mean to get all the information that she gets she has to be around the popular crowd and Stacie and Damien allow her to do that.

Another point is Justin. In the beginning I thought that Justin was the sweetest boy ever. He stood up for her in class when the kids were picking at her and I was just like, that is so sweet! As the story progresses I just get this feeling that he cares very much about Ginger and that was definitely solidified for me when he offered to stop the game and go with her to the hospital when she broke her leg. My entire point is that I did not see any of this coming:
-when Justin attacked her in the cafeteria
-when he revealed her secret to the whole school and called her a slut
-when he attacked her in the back of the gym and attempted to rape her
I was utterly shocked at all of this. There were no signs of it coming. I could not see it develop as a reader and it felt as if I missed a couple months in their relationship and then came back to find that he had the mind of a rapist. Then when he was attacking her she began to remember incidents that had happened and I just felt like that should have all been included and we should have been in the "know". Instead of all of these little things that Justin did that we weren't aware of being dumped on us in one chapter we should have slowly gotten little hints here and there and so when she caught him with Stacie and that led on to her ending it with him it wouldn't have been such a surprise. Oh and I to mention that after Stacie and Justin got together the things in the advice column made more sense. I like how you used that and played it well into the story.

My final point concerns Hurley. I have noticed over time that Ginger is not one that faces her problems until they are in her face. For example when she found out that Hurley might have had feelings for her she didn't do anything about it till Hurley told Lexie about it. When the girls were talking crap about her in the classroom she didn't do anything and Justin had to stand up for her. When Stacie and Justin got together she didn't really want to do anything. I mean she was pissed but Damien is the one that suggested revenge and helped her plot it all out. I am bringing this up for two reasons:
1. I think that she should become a stronger person and seeing as to how she is growing even more popular as every passing day I think that will help her fight her own battles. Already I notice these little changes in her.
2. Rick made it clear from the beginning that he liked her and she didn't see it till recently and I totally understand that because even I wasn't convinced till he said it because he was such a jerk. And dating Daisy was such a jerk move too because he knew that he liked her and had all intentions of pursuing her. So my question is if she is going to talk to him about it because she just clarified to both herself and Hurley that she wants to be with him I.E. the making out at the end of the chapter...I think that for her to truly be with Hurley she would have to let go of her ties with Rick and make it clear to him that she's taken. But then again these are normal humans and they tend to screw everything up.

I thought that was going to be my last point but I do have something else to mention although it isn't really a point. So, I like Damien. I think that he has just been there for her through everything,

So I think that the two of them would be great and just the way that he is around her and how he is always there, shows me that he cares. But then again I love Rick because he's super sexy and is the typical bad boy. Hurley is great for her though as long as she gets her things together like I talked about in the last paragraph. Overall I think this is a really good story and it has great potential. This was one long review and I am glad that I sat down and wrote it. I'm sorry that I over analyzed everything way too much. I was just sitting there and I got the latest chapter and I realized that I hadn't left a review and what started out as a little thing became this super long review. I hope that you don't feel bad because I put the story under the microscope. It really is a good story and I cannot wait for the next chapter so please don't get offended by anything in this review.
