Thank you so much for updating/rewriting this! I loved the SMtL, and read the first draft of this, but I like this version as well. I especially liked the characterization of Alex, and their motto. It definitely suits him.

I loved this! Glad you are coming back to them. SMtL is one of my absolute favorites of all time. I read the other Grace one you started, I hope you do show Jack and Talia and the babies in this one too. I kind of liked the older Alex in that previous one too. But I am glad you started this one a bit younger so that we can get to know Alex and Grace better, I love that he made her the pendent and that they are so close. Can't wait to read more soon.

so so excited you're posting again, you have no idea. i vaguely remembered the gist of SMtL (it was so long ago!) but i knew i had loved it, so i went over it again, even though i guess you don't really need to in order to read this one. but i'm glad i did, such a good story.

anyways, i can't wait to read more of this, alex is love :)

I like the start. I guess this is a flashback of sorts and I'm totally looking forward to see how it goes. I love Grace and I love Alex, and I'm sad that they are parting when they just discovered that there might be more than best friend feelings. Oh and I don't like the Mom, she's the kind that will make you WANT to run away. But maybe I'm judging too fast. One thing though, will it affect me much if I haven't read the prequel. As in will I be lost?

Anyhow, I look forward to you next update. :)
