![]() ![]() ![]() Uuuuuuuuh, Such good writing. I imagined the costumes in my head, creative and beautiful. I just might have to steal your idea in real life one halloween |
![]() ![]() ![]() I especially like Edward, and I like that Chance is determined |
![]() ![]() ![]() :) I thought this would be so horribly depressing for a moment once his parents died right at the start, but I really like it already. I think it's going to turn out great and I love the characters. Thanks for posting, I'll be reading nonstop, lol |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love this already! |
![]() ![]() Is my mathematics off? I calculated that Edward is twenty four not twenty one and did that based on teh following snippet that you put in chapter 4 of your story "They went to Edward's house, where Elena waited with their customary after-school snack in hand. Her smile was a little strained today but Chance knew that the cause was the anniversary of their mother's death from cancer, six years before. Edward had been just eighteen when he'd become responsible for his eleven-year-old sister." 18 6 24 Yet here you seem to imply he is twenty one? One was telling the others about Chance's excuses for not attending. "And then he said that the date he wanted to bring was too old. Can you imagine a twenty-one year old who would date that skinny kid?" |

![]() ![]() ![]() "While the others dropped cherries into buckets, he was learning how to play golf, a thing that Edward assured him was an important business skill. Sure, the club slipped out of his hand and hit people a few times but nobody was seriously injured so they counted it a success." Oh god, that had me dying laughing! xD Made me think of the time my brother tried to teach me how to play mini golf when I was 8. I nearly killed a few people. . . Good times, good times. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This story is absolutely amazing! Every chapter left me immediately clicking the next button and I definitely couldn't go to sleep until I finished reading. Chance is adorable, smart and like Edward says, sexy! XD I really loved the story idea and really do think this is amazing! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I think I'm in love with you. Honestly, I began reading this at 2am on my phone; It's about quarter past seven now! I have never read something so well crafted on fictionpress before, it was surprising to say the least. I love the fact that you named Chance, well, Chance! It's following the whole vision of luck but, it also signifies the ironic theme held by the story about perhaps luck exists with chance and vise versa. Kinda like Chance himself; Luck had him birthed under a lucky star but by chance, the alignment of his stars were off for the moment. Blah. Talking too much now. Thank You for the incredible read! |
![]() ![]() ![]() So sweet! For the whole story. I loved it. |
