Honestly, the narration was a little too detached and you had so many characters and back-stories, it was hard to keep track. It was enjoyable reading and I thought it was one of the better written mysteries here. Your characters had a nice genuine feel to them as well, and it made the reader feel like they were going back home too...

I'm sad to see this taken down. I personally think the quality was fine, but that's just my opinion.

I'm going to be reviewing all of your chapters so far, so this is be a little bit of a longer one. Well, a longer one for me 'cause i write really short reviews usually. But don't worry, i come with praise. I love this story. I love that you write nice long chapters, i hate those 'petit(e)' chapters (is 'chapters' feminine or masculine in french?). I love that you've spiced up a more typical, (but don't get me wrong it's still unique for what you'd call a romance story) with an interesting murder mystery. I love the fact that i don't actually know whether Lucy is going partner up with in the end. I think they seem like pretty even contenders at this point. Usually i know what's going to happen by now, because romances, when not amazingly written like yours, can be somewhat predictable. It is 20 days since you updated, so i'm hoping i get a little alert soon. And on a personal note, even though it has probably passed, Good Luck with your job interview.

I'm sorry for rambling on quite a bit, but it goes to show how enthusiastic i am about this story. Update soon!

Oh my goodness! This is one of the best original stories I've read in a while.

I love all the characters and I love all the twists and complications.

I can't wait to find out what exactly happened between Jared and Lucy, and what's going on with the murders.

Yes, actually I was expecting them to blame Lucy! Haha! I liked this chapter, though it was short. I was just about to request of some Jared and Lucy interaction. Their moment was cute, but hopefully something longer in the next chapter.

The build-up is coming : Well, I hope Jared and Lucy end-up together. Usually, I'm all for the non-traditional ending, but they're far too cute to not end up together. HAHA.
